within walking distance of both kittery and portsmouth, location was perfect close to kittery outlets and portsmouth, perfect location to downtown portsmouth and kittery, the coffee and heated floors (in the downstairs bathroom) were a nice touch, the downstairs bathroom has wonderful heated floors and the host graciously provides shampoo conditioner and body wash, very nice remodels of kitchen and bathrooms, the kitchen had everything available that was needed and the beds were comfortable, everything was super clean and well decorated, sparkling clean nicely furnished updated kitchen and baths, the house was sparkling clean with attention to detail, the unit itself was immaculately clean and tidy and there was lots of space, host is awesome prompt and quick with replays, lauren is a great host and an excellent communicator, owner is very responsive and provided everything needed to explore the area, lauren was a great host and we would definitely rent again, cute neighborhood and an easy walk to both kittery foreside and downtown portsmouth, it's easy walking distance to restaurants in kittery and only about a 15 minute walk to downtown portsmouth, its a good cozy place with full amenities, the room is large nice kitchen wifi and even extras like bananas and cereal, julias place is really cozy and the perfect maine gateway/getaway lots of thoughtful amenities and super convenient, comfy bed nice extras and it was nice to meet julia, nice bathroom wonderful kitchen space and large soft bed, very neat clean and comfortable; just as advertised, julias place was clean and well-appointed, truly comfortable clean and convenient place to stay, she was an excellent host and id be very happy to stay again, julia is kind welcoming fast to answer questions and very knowledgeable about kittery and surrounding areas, julia is a great host and was thankful for my time at her space, julia is very friendly and responsive to any requests or questions, the location is nice: walking distances some great restaurants, great location in between kittery and portsmouth, there was plenty of room for our group of 7 to spread out and be comfortable, super comfy seating areas a beautiful kitchen lots of deck space, plenty of room for all of us along with a great kitchen and deck overlooking the river, beautiful comfortable space and ned was very helpful highly recommended, the house is clean nicely decorated and well-appointed, really nice place clean and very very comfortable, the house is clean and tidy with a fun and funky decor, the house was clean with lots of hot shower water (even with six people), fantastic host and very prompt with his responses, ned himself was very responsive and accommodating easy to communicate and super helpful, fantastic unique house in a prime location, close to some excellent breakfast spots and walking distance to portsmouth and kittery, what an awesome location right next to the river, nice big screen hdtv with an amazon firestick on tv that includes netflix and amazon prime, the furniture is very comfortable and attractive, the apartment is very spacious with comfortable furniture and very nicely decorated, everything was as described and it was a very comfortable space, this is a quiet clean comfortable and straight-forward apartment within steps from great amenities in the foreside neighborhood, kristin was a wonderful host she answered all questions and was incredibly kind, kristin was a great host and very quick to answer any questions we had, great central location to stay in kittery, very nice townhouse in kittery close to restaurants and within walking distance to portsmouth, great location too as we were near several shops restaurants and pubs, what a great stay we had the cottage is so quaint and comfortable, the cottage was so cozy our family slept well and had a great time here, the cute and colorful decor a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy couch all added to our stay, wonderful stay in an adorable property the cottage is small but cozy and had everything you could need, the house was super clean and comfortable, the house was very clean and had everything we needed, it had everything we needed and was very clean, ned was a gracious host who always had immediate answers to my questions, ned was quick with responses and very helpful, amazing location right in the middle of kittery, amazing location close to many great restaurants and cute shops, 10 Best Airbnbs With Hot Tub In New Hampshire, USA -
