Were looking at going to St Barts for our honeymoon in March and after reading your blog, weve narrowed it down to two options (we think), Cheval Blanc or Le Barthelemy. From my recollection at Cheval Blanc people mostly kept to themselves (which can be just as nice!) Manapany looks nicer online but its always hard to tell for sure from just pictures. Honeymooner probably want a hotel that acts as a pivot to everything else you want to do is crucial so I view St. Jean Beach as a top spot to launch everyday and night from, because sometimes you just want to drift around and not feeling you are driving all the time, unless of course it is one of those honeymoons where you sequester yourself in the room.
